Cloyd has been with GRA since early 1993. As the firm's Vice President and COO/CFO, he is responsible for the overall operation of Green, Rich and Associates, and oversees all financial activities.

Cloyd is a graduate of John Carroll University, and received his MBA in marketing from Case Western Reserve. He also served in the U.S. Army and rose to the rank of Captain. His military training, extensive education, and 15+ years of distributor/dealer marketing experience and financial background has proven beneficial to Green Rich and Associates as well as our clients.
